Delivery:
Every painting will be a hundred% hand-painted by our experienced artists after we receive your order. Item will be packaged within three-7 business days upon receipt of your payment. In order to ensure that your painting arrives to you in pristine condition, we will let the painting dry a number of extra days, increasing processing time. We guarantee you that your painting is worth the wait.
Shipping:
Free shipping order will be shipping by china post air mail. China post air mail constantly item will arrive with 10-25 working days after being posted.
Also the order will be shipping by EMS/TNT/FedEx/DHL which will arrive with less working days, but customer should pay for the correct shipping fees.
Refund Guaranteed:
We will refund you if you return the items within 15days of your receipt of the items for any reason. You should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. Return shipping is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake (i.e., You receive the wrong item).
