Payment
1. Payment is expected to be received within three days of auctions close.
2. Escrow is our preferable payment method; we also settle for different payments by T/Western union, Money gram and others.
Shipping
1. Please tell me your current tackle after your payment within next 24 hours. Otherwise, we will ship your item in accordance with your Escrow tackle, so make sure it is correct.
Order normally will be shipped within per week after your payment. No shipment on weekends and public holidays. The items are well packed with bubbled packages.
2. In order to ensure you receive your order with tax free or lower tax upon import, we’ll declare it as a "gift" with a lower value, if any import charges or fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
3. We shipping via China post/EMS, please allow 15-60 working days to reach. Sometimes it would be longer because of the bad weather, a waste of time in customs clearance. Thus please wait patiently when you do not receive your item on time. If you don’t receive the item after thirty days, please contact us, and then I will help you track it.
Return policy
1. Returns are accepted within 15 days after the buyer receiving items. Items should be returned in their original conditions and include all add-ons.
2. In order to return an item, you must to contact us first to request a return tackle. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
3. Item number and buyer’s ID need to be written on the returned package so that we can identify the original transaction.
4. After receiving the return, we will arrange a replacement depends on our available stock. If not available, the refund will be issued.
5. Please only bid if you conform to our terms.
